Ok so here is my journal about what has been happening on my side of the issue!

On Tuesday the 14th, I made two payments through Paypal on my phone after stopping by the bank!

It was a payment of $75 and a payment of $230!

Later that night I went to send payment to another user for an auction I won and my account popped up with this:

In it, it read: "Feb 14, 2017: Your debit or credit card issuer let us know that your card was used without your permission. So we just want to make sure that you authorized any recent Paypal payments"

After reading this I then went to the Resolution Center, only to end up finding two chargebacks there, that I did not file for!

The two circled in Red were the only two I saw at the time, confused and not sure what to do since it was late at night, like midnight my time, I decided I would give Paypal a call the next morning as soon as I got out of my last class at 11, since no one would probably be there to answer me that late at night.

I then called the next day (today):

The second number listed is Paypals support line, the first one is the call to my bank, Adam's Community Bank.
I talked on the phone for over a half hour and the end result was that I should cancel my card. I am planning to do that but I didn't want to cancel my card and then not be able to cancel the chargebacks, so they took my card off but left my account open! My bank closes at 4 and I had no time today to stop by due to the fact that my class I take at my community college as a dual enrollment student didn't get out until 2:45 and my rehearsals for the musical I am in starts at 3 and went until 5:30. 

By that time my list of Chargebacks had added up without my permission!

So my course of action for resolving this shitty situation?

I am heading to the bank first thing tomorrow morning after my class to get this all taken care of and resolved my card will be canceled and cut, and the chargebacks are being canceled! I am currently going through and doing my best to manually cancel them although I've never had anything like this happen to me, so this is my first time trying to do this! I am praying this will be enough to get it all taken care of! I will have the bank double check and make sure all the chargebacks are canceled fully for good! I will update this journal tomorrow on what the manager of my bank says and the conclusion she comes too!

I am so so sorry, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, I never wished this upon myself or others, and I would never scam anyone for money, especially artists who make such beautiful art, I respect each and every one of you to the highest level and I appreciate your art so much, your art has made me so happy, and is a constant joy in my life. You are all such inspirations!

The only possible reason I have as to how this happened is that someone accessed my information somehow when I was paying online from my phone. If that is so then Paypal seriously needs to do something about their security as I am not the only one this has happened to. I was deeply upset when I found this out and am doing everything I can to fix it, I have been making calls and responding to everyone in a timely manner, so please don't think that I am just sitting here not doing anything because that is false! I do care and the fact that something out of my own control has caused my image to be shattered and for people to spew mean and hateful comments at me has really taken a damper on my mood. I love the Deviant Art Community and the fact that because of this one mishap I will not be viewed the same anymore and will be treated with caution and maybe even hate is really heartbreaking. It's hard to get people to believe that you didn't do something that is in your name, but I am not the one who filed these disputes, as convenient as it is for people to say I did because of timing. I am an art lover and that is why I am an active buyer in this community, I appreciate and respect people's art and am not buying art from people I respect just to scam them off for money later! That is not who I am, so I really just want my name to be cleared and for people not to hate me anymore for something I didn't do ;-; Please know I have only the best intentions and I am sorry this happened but I did not cause this purposely :(

UPDATE! PLEASE READ!!!


I went to my bank today to get this resolved, and here is what happened!

1.) The bank manager and I met and I explained everything to her and I told her about how when I talked to Paypal, they said that this was out of their hands and had to be dealt through my financial institution. Well, guess what? I found out from her that this has nothing to do with my bank or my bank accounts whatsoever! This is strictly to do with Paypal! 

2.) Paypal claimed that this had to do with my financial institution because it was verified through to there and that only my bank could open these cases! Wrong! My bank didn't open any of these chargeback files!

So what happened next? My bank manager and I sat on the phone for over an HOUR with Paypal to get this resolved and you know that happened? They put us on hold each time for 20 minutes or more! We called back multiple times only to have them say we have to be transferred over! This is honestly ridiculous, by this point we were both fed up. In the beginning of the call Paypal asks what we are seeking help with today and each time we said Chargebacks! So how come they don't just transfer us over to the people who are in charge of that department?! How come every time we call and say that they connect us to someone who does not have the "authority" to help us with that and then has to put us on hold and transfer us?! It's honestly such bull, having to explain the situation multiple times only to be put on hold for 20 + minutes each time? I consider that pretty shitty customer service, and get this, the one time we did get through to someone in that department they said they would have to transfer us to yet another person!! The whole time I was there, nothing was resolved because Paypal kept putting us on hold and transferring us to multiple people! Why can't I just get in contact with the person who knows how to deal with this situation?! Why do I have to go through 20 people to solve one simple solution?! I don't understand, but my bank manager then got on the phone with them and told them that they better not put us on hold again or she would report the person and to connect us to someone directly and guess what...they still put us on hold! LMAO!


So nothing was accomplished in the hour I was there due to Paypal's lack of service and knowledge on what to do! I am pissed!


So since these chargebacks were filed on my Paypal and not opened by my bank, now this has to be resolved through PayPal and only Paypal which is frustrating when I can't even get through to anyone.


Paypal claims that my bank is responsible for these claims which is a lie! I honestly feel like they are trying to avoid the situation rather than fix it!

So basically the only way to get these chargebacks canceled is by Paypal themselves! I am going to try and call them right now, and I will not be kind and courteous because if you aren't a jerk about it then they will just push you aside and put you on hold apparently!



I can't believe this right now, they need to understand that these were not filed by me, they were not filed by my bank, so the only person that leaves at fault is Paypal! I don't understand why they can't just cancel these chargebacks themselves! They need to understand that people's money that they need and depend on has been taken away and that there is no time for them to make me manually go through the process of filling out 14 different forms and faxing them over for them to receive them and probably not review or do anything about it for a week! It would be different if I filed for these chargebacks and wanted to cancel them, then it would make sense for me to do the work, but the fact that I did not file these and that this is an issue that needs to be fixed on their behalf asap, they should have no reason to decline my request for them to cancel the chargebacks themselves. I did not file them, so it is only right for them to cancel the chargebacks altogether since they have the access too and can do it anytime now and time is not something I or any of the artists have. Paypal needs to get their shit together and realize that other people are out hundreds of dollars and this can't be put aside for sometime later!


I am hoping I can get through to them tonight and that they won't put me on hold again for the whole night, because I am already ticked off with them as it is, just connect me to the god damn person who has the "authority" to take care of this and fix this! Jeez! Why must they make it so difficult?!


I am so sorry about this, I was hoping this would have been fixed by now but apparently, paypal is choosing to be a pain in the ass. -.-


I will update this again later tonight after I try and get through to Paypal once again. It is now their responsibility to fix this and they should honor that and not just blame my bank for these chargebacks and out me on hold. Sadly my bank can't do anything to help me really, so it's just me and Paypal now >.<

END OF THE DAY UPDATE!


Alright so after trying once again to contact Paypal they have told me that they cannot cancel these chargebacks until I get the go-ahead from Mastercard itself basically, so they are no blaming Mastercard and basically saying they are the ones that filed for these chargebacks and that Paypal just puts the information there. If they would have told me this earlier I could have gotten ahold of Mastercard, but their business hours were 8:00 am to 6:00 pm so I wouldn't be able to contact them until tomorrow sadly, although I have a feeling they are just going to say that this is an issue with Paypal and Paypal alone, so yeah now I am just going around in circles it seems with no progress and the only way for my to solve this is to manually cancel the chargebacks from my account, which seems easy enough, but there's a catch. They say for each chargeback I cancel I have to print out and fill out this Affidavit and fax it to them, one I am confused as to how to fill out some of the parts and two, it's going to take time to do 14 separate forms and then find a way to fax them all in, not even including the amount of time it will take Paypal to review these forms and then actually go through and cancel them. I am going back to the bank tomorrow to see if my manager can help me again, as it helps to have her there to clarify and be the authoritative figure when it comes to getting Paypal to listen. I feel like I am at a dead end or at a rodery going in circles, this is very frustrating going back and forth but one of these people, whether it be Paypal, or Mastercard have to find a way to cancel these chargebacks. If they make me fill out 14 forms I swear...uggg ;^;

NEW COURSE OF ACTION!


Alright so here's the deal, I called MasterCard and they told me they cannot help me directly but if I called my bank and got them to call Paypal then they could help them. Well, I called the bank and no one answered me. I just wanted to know for sure if MasterCard is the person who filed these chargebacks since neither Paypal nor my financial Institution did. If it is indeed MasterCard I am going to be super pissed that they didn't contact me first and ask permission to file these chargebacks instead of just filing them against my will. 


So my next course of action is to print out and fill out all 14 Affidavit forms and bring them to my bank today and have my bank call Mastercard first to ask if they are the ones responsible for these chargebacks and if they for some reason can't or won't do anything about it even if they did, I will then have these forms faxed to Paypal as my last option and will have no choice but to wait on Paypal. I will call and make sure they got these forms after they are faxed and if nothing happens in a few days from them recieving them then I will call again, but this appears to be the only option left. 



I will give another update when I get back from the bank about what MasterCard says and if I faxed the forms.

SOME GOOD NEWS, YAY!


At the bank today I was officially able to get all the Affidavit forms filled out, completed, stamped for approval by my bank manager, faxed, and mailed!!!


Was it a pain in the ass? God yes, but it's done and it's my best shot to this being resolved as Paypal won't do anything without this. 


I will be calling Paypal soon to make sure they have received them, I will wait a few days though since the original copies are being mailed too.


This makes me feel a lot better that something actually got done and I pray to God Paypal takes care of this, because if they still say they can't I might just murder someone -.-

I would show you guys each individual page of one of them to prove they are complete but it contains confidential personal information on them that I CANNOT by any means give out such as my account number and social security. Please take my word when I say they are all fully complete, I was at the bank for an hour and a half to do all this just so I could get everything sent out today! I hope this will be the final factor in leading to a solution to this outcome!

Today's Update


Alright so I rechecked my Paypal account today, under the resolution center and this is what has been added:

What I don't understand why it says "waiting for Fax" when they were already sent, maybe they just haven't shown up yet but at least Paypal is recognizing that Faxes have been sent which is an improvement. So this shows a sign of hope that Paypal will be receiving these faxes shortly and should review them soon, hopefully.




In other news Paypal decided to permanently limit my Paypal account for 180 days which is just dandy, they say they didn't have enough proof it was me although I went through every step required to fix the limitation. Oh well, I don't really care, after the chargebacks are canceled I am going to remove my card off of their and delete that account and make a new account anyway, for a fresh start.


Anyways fingers crossed they review the faxes as soon as they get them.

Conclusion?

I got in contact with Paypal today for a checkup on the chargebacks and I'm thrilled to say I've gotten the best news of all, the news I have been waiting for! Paypal has gotten all the files and has now officially initiated going through and canceling the chargeback cases, returning the much-needed money to the artists! You don't know how happy this makes me! This has been a nightmare and a terribly awful experience and I am so happy that it is finally coming to an end, and thankfully sooner than we thought. It would appear that a conclusion to this case is in view. 12 out of the 15 chargebacks have officially been closed, leaving 3 cases left. The lady who assisted me from Paypal assured me that those last 3 cases would be canceled in the next few days and that the money would be returned to the people I paid it too. This just was such a relief and brightened my whole day up, it felt like a huge weight finally lifted my shoulders, knowing this is finally going to be over and resolved and that everything can go back to the way it has been/should be.



If any of the artists are still waiting on money for some reason after the rest of these are closed, please let me know immediately but you should be expecting the rest of your money in the next few days time if you have only received partial of it.

I'm so glad to have met such kind and supportive artists and friends here on DA, and I hope to be able to continue our relationship by moving forward and getting art from you in the future to come once again <3

Small Update

For those of you who are remaining that still haven't gotten your money back yet, I just want to let you know that the reason why I haven't added to this journal again recently is because I have gotten no new information on the case. I am up to date with Paypal, and I check my account every day to see if any progress has been made but still as of today, it says the cases haven't been updated since 3/2. I understand this is frustrating, I too wish they would just cancel the remaining 3, as the other 12 seemed to cancel out no problem. I don't understand why these 3 cases are taking longer, there is nothing different about them. Sadly I have no more say in this, and this has nothing to do with my bank so my bank doesn't have a say, it's all waiting on Paypal to hear news from my "card company" that I presumably can't talk to directly about this. I have hope though that this will be resolved soon. Please don't lose hope, if 12 other cases could close out then there's no reason why these remaining 3 shouldn't either. Just because it says your money is taken and you can't dispute it doesn't mean you won't get it back, because that's the same thing that happened with Mischy and she asked me to find a way to send the money back to her but I told her it never showed up in my Paypal balance, a few minutes later the money was returned to her, even though it said it had been closed on her end. So I am feeling hopeful that since these cases say they are still being reviewed on my end, that they should end up returning the same way. I hope that these will close out this week, but I will make sure to call Paypal again and ask how it's coming along and if they have heard anything else because they told me a week ago that these remaining 3 would be canceled. So let's hope for the best, if I get any new information on the cases I will update. Thank you for your patience again as I know this is really stressful and I'm sorry you've had to wait this long :( I wish I could speed up the process but at this point, all I can do is check in. An Actual Update with New News!

Ah yes finally, I have some new information to share with everyone and this time around its actually good news! I am relieved to say that I was able to get in contact with my financial institution and get them to send over a fax to Paypal, stating for them to go ahead and cancel the remaining 4 chargeback cases! At first, I called Paypal and was disappointed to find out that they had no idea why these last few cases were taking longer than the other 12 but told me they still hadn't heard anything new from my financial institution and in order to find out more info I would have to contact them. Well, it took a bit but I finally was able to get a hold of them and explain the situation and how these last few chargebacks were still on my account while the other 12 had already been canceled all at once. So the guy helping me asked for Paypal's fax number and said he would send a fax over to Paypal stating that the last 4 chargebacks affecting my account should be taken down as well. He said he would also call PayPal in an hour to make sure they got the fax. My hope in this is that it is enough verification for Paypal to finally close out the remaining 4 chargebacks! If they do accept this as valid enough verification then I am proud to say that these last few chargebacks should officially be closed out and removed in the next day or so! Finally bringing us to the conclusion once and for all of this mess. Wow, who knew it could be as simple as that, kinda irks me that they didn't offer or suggest that to me before. But anywho, I will be constantly checking my account throughout today and tomorrow to see if any changes occur and if the remaining 3 (there are 4 but only 3 show up on my PayPal) are officially removed. Since I can only see those 3, SterlingKato I would like to hear from you to make sure that last amount is officially returned to you since I will only be able to see if the other 3 are taken down and closed out. So with relief, I can finally say expect the rest of the money you are all waiting on to be returned to your accounts shortly in the next few days, hopefully by no later than Saturday! Paypal has no reason now to deny holding these cases open for any longer when they will have verification right there. Let's pray they get this fax today! I will check in with them tomorrow morning again if the remaining cases aren't removed tonight. I hope this helps better put those of you at ease knowing now that a new course of action is being taken in bringing this issue to a close. Fax Update!


Hi guys, I was able to get ahold of Paypal today and I just wanted to say sorry for it appears my judgment was off. From what Paypal has told me they haven't received the fax yet because apparently, the fax could take anywhere up to 10 days for it to be received. Therefore, Paypal said it would be best if I check back in for an update later in the week. So I apologize, I was unaware that it took that long for the Fax to go through I thought they would receive it pretty quickly. With that, it saddens me to say that this could take another week with Paypal waiting on the fax, but I will constantly be checking in on them and making sure they are looking for it frequently. The good news is that this should be the last and final wait on the case for once this fax is received the remaining chargebacks will finally be canceled. So hang in there, we are all on the final stretch to a full resolution to the case, just a little longer, and who knows, they might get the fax even sooner if we are lucky. I wish it didn't take so long to be received but I guess it is how it is, I will make another update later in the week. Thanks guys! The end is coming, I promise! :heart:

Fax Update #2

Alright, guys here is a small update on what Paypal said when I called them today. No they did not officially confirm whether or not the fax was received when I asked. I wished they gave me a definite answer but the guy I talked to said that he would check on that and work on getting the reviewing of the cases sped up apparently. He said they were still being reviewed and mentioned that a case could take 5-7 days to be fully reviewed, but it's been way more than 5-7 days so i don't know what he was talking about. Then he mentioned that a case could take 24-48 hours to be closed after fully reviewed. I was getting the hint that he was saying he was going to get the cases closed out in that time. Which would be marvelous but at the same time, he sounded unsure to me. Point being is that I wish I got more out of that update, it all sounded still very uncertain to me so I am going to call them again on my way to rehearsals and hope I get someone else and double check to be sure. If I hear anything new from a second person I will update this again tonight. I hope to get more information since I had agreed to wait until the end of the week to check back in, not just waiting to call to get an oh yeah the cases are still being reviewed, no we don't know if we got the fax sent almost a week ago. Sorry about this not helpful update, I will try and get more information out of them.



Small Update: Was able to get ahold of a different representative of Paypal, a female, and she suggested/agreed with me that if the fax hasn't been received by now that I should have my financial institution resend over another one. So I will call them Monday and talk to them about doing that.

Terrible News

It saddens me to say that just when it appears that things are starting to look up for myself and this case, life finds another way to screw me over and bring me back down. I am so sorry for the delay in responses, my phone just all of a sudden decided to call it quits and is no longer working properly to receive or view any messages, meaning I will only be able to check notifications from DA at home. This sucks greatly but not as much as what I just found out. Reading the notifications I was bummed that the money owed to the remaining artists didn't just go back to them but I was kinda glad something happened with the cases so that way I figured I could call and get my account back up with the remaining cases closed and issue the money back to the proper owners but low and behold I go on my Paypal account only to find out another 10 chargeback cases I had already resolved had been reopened today. What the actual FUCK?!!! I am downright crushed and pissed beyond belief. I worked my ass off to get those chargebacks canceled and resolved as well as the other artists and it was such a huge relief when we did and now all of a sudden they are all back?!!! That's just so cruel. How the fuck can they just do that?!!! So what am I now supposed to go back and redo everything over and have to wait another 2 months?!! This is bullshit. I was so happy that the issue was finally almost done and resolved and that I was able to return almost everyone's money back only to find out that it was basically for nothing? The fact that these cases were reopened for god knows what reason and will now cause even more trouble for other artists again breaks my heart. I am sobbing right now because I wanted to fix this and end it so I wouldn't cause anyone anymore trouble but now Paypal has brought all my troubles back again. I am so so sorry, I am dumbstruck at how this happened and I am not happy at all. I am so pissed they are doing this to you guys again. When will this nightmare ever end? I don't understand. I did everything asked of me and resolved those cases so why are they suddenly open again?! They were closed. This is literally so heartwrenching right now. I am absolutely devastated. This just blows so bad for everyone. I literally have been sobbing the whole time I have been writing this with frustration and disappointment. I am about to lose my shit with Paypal because now I have to call them and get an explanation out of them on why the hell they fucking reopened 10 closed cases! That's not right! How is that fair to the artists or myself? How can they even do that? I am baffled and overwhelmed. Just the thought of having to go through and redo the process for all of them again makes me want to die. I can't believe this right now. Great, life's going just great. To the artists I am so sorry I have no idea what the hell is going on, I am going to call Paypal immediately and if they dare tell me I have to go through and get verification to re-cancel these again I will lose my shit. I have no clue as to what the hell is going on but this is honestly ridiculous! This literally just ruined my whole week. I don't know what to say now I am so baffled. Guess getting excited for the end of this case was for nothing. I am so sorry to everyone. The fact that paypal is saying those chargebacks are valid is bull! They better have a pretty damn good explanation for this. I am sorry I am just so emotionally upset and overwhelmed right now so I sorry if I am coming off as rude I am just so heartbroken and defeated. This is honestly hell. I will try my best to get an answer to this...I can't believe they reopened the cases I and the artists worked so hard to close. I don't know what to do anymore, this is not a fair fight at all. This feels more and more like a one-sided battle that you can never win and it sucks to feel that way. God help us all, I am so done with all of this, It's draining everyone and the torture it is adding to everyone is so fucking cruel. I am just in disbelief...I can't even right now. They actually fucking did that....wow. just wow. I am so sorry, I am going to go curl up in a corner and cry until I can't cry anymore then try not to lose my shit with paypal. God damn what a headache...this sucks! ;-;

Course of Action, Yet Again

Alright so what I need to do and am going to do is call PayPal and ask why these cases have been reopened and ask when they expect the money from the remaining cases that were recently closed out in my favor to be returned to my PayPal balance. I haven't been able to get ahold of Paypal the past night or two due to myself being out a cellphone and being not able to return home in time because of my busy schedule since on weekends they are only open till 8 pm. This week I will go to my bank and call PayPal with my bank manager present but I think the best course of action for me right now is to have another fax sent regarding the 12 reopened cases and state in it that they should be closed out in the sellers favor so the money goes back to you guys instead of me. It seems the last fax worked as the remaining cases closed out immediately after the fax was resent to the correct fax number this time. So if I can get the 12 reopened cases to be canceled with another fax, that would therefore be the best option. I would just hope that it being addressed that they close out in the sellers favor that should make sure the money is not returned in my favor. If however they chose to cancel them in my favor then I will have to go about discussing with Paypal getting my account back up and running to resend the money, or finding another way to get the money back to you guys once I know for sure it's been returned back to my Paypal account balance and not just sent off somewhere else like the card company or something ridiculous like that. I believe this is the quickest and most effective way to counteract these reopened cases since the fax effectively closed out the previous remaining cases. I will be in contact with Paypal to hear their reasoning behind this and to make sure I can counteract these reopened cases. I apologize for this stressful situation and any added stress or doubt due to my recent activity on DA. I admit to Veskasa claim. It is true I went forth with the purchase expecting the remaining cases to be canceled, which they were but unfortunately, I had no idea that these previously closed cases would be reopened like that out of the blue. I won't be investing in any other purchases from now on until all the cases are officially closed out for good. I apologize, I made a bad assumption and I shouldn't have done that.

Alright so I was able to get ahold of Paypal now that I got my new phone up and running and I confirmed with them today on the phone that if I got a fax sent over addressing the remaining 11 cases that were reopened by having my financial institution state that they should be closed out in the sellers favor not my favor that Paypal would be able to close them out that way. So I had my financial institution send over a new fax doing exactly that and now it's time to just wait and see how they will be closed out again. Hopefully if not over the weekend, the at the beginning of the week some changes will begin to occur.

Small Update
As of currently, the reopened cases are still under review as PayPal has informed me they have not received the fax as of yet. I will keep checking in with them to see if they do. . I'd like to hope they get it by Friday but if not I will probably have another one resent out just to be safe as I have a prepaid family vacation that has been planned months in advance before this whole situation occurred and that I will be preoccupied with this upcoming week. Please understand that this has been planned in advance and is not just me ditching out on anyone. Please respect my wishes to visit with my family out of state. That being said my responses will be delayed in the upcoming week but I will do my best to respond when I can if possible. At this point it's on the waiting end of the spectrum. Waiting on PayPal to get the fax to close out the remaining cases and waiting for the money from the previous 4 cases to be returned to my PayPal balance. PayPal has informed me that they are waiting on an email from my credit card company and that once that email is received then the money will show up in my balance. They are not sure exactly how long that will be but we can only hope that that is followed through with soon. It is tedious waiting but I am hoping for the right outcome to happen.

Final Update

So this is where it ends...lmao just look at this journal. It's one shit storm alright...isn't it? Well it appears these cases have finally reached a dead end. They've reached the end that no one wanted and it sucks, it really truly does suck that it had to end this way. Not many people seem to want to believe me anymore due to this outcome but I did try my hardest to get these cases closed out in the artists favor, I had a fax sent over stating just that from my financial institution but despite that it still didn't happen. I tried multiple times and multiple ways but sometimes life just sucks, sometimes it just beats you down for no reason no matter how hard you try to get back up. That's what these cases felt like for all of us. Going back and forth and back and forth with the smallest glimpse of hope to be kicked back down again in the end. I never ever asked for these chargebacks but yet they came and they hit. They hit hard and to some of the people I respect most they hit the hardest. To some people who used to respect me but clearly do no more it would seem. It's been hell for all of us and has been the most stressful and tedious thing beyond belief. Many will not view me the same because of this, many now think differently. Does it hurt having to come to terms with this reality? Yeah. It does. It hurts so much. It was never my intention to cause pain to anyone of you but yet it appears I have because of something that happened that was out of my control that I tried to regain control of and fix although I never caused it in the firstplace. Some of you may think otherwise at this point and that is what it is. I can't change those views now no matter how hard I try. So I've come to accept that fact. The point I am trying to get at here is that this has just dragged on way too long for all of us and we are all so sick and tired of it. I've lost hope to be honest. I've lost hope in that the money from the closed out cases will be returned to my PayPal balance due to it still not being there.

It sucks because it's just not right...it makes me mad that my own money that I worked a long time to save up was not even returned to me so I could send it back respectively to the artists who it was taken from. I don't like how it has just "vanished" per say but mentally I can not continue on with this any longer. I can't keep going back ad forth and spend another month or so trying to get that money back. I just can't. This needs to end, and if I did torture myself of dragging it on then you guys would hate me even more so yeah. I just can't do this any longer, mentally or emtionally. The whole time I was gone even though I was on vacation, it didn't feel like a vacation, I was thinking about this 24/7 and couldn't relax much at all. The only time I was at peace was when I was asleep. That's about it, and I'm sure the rest of you get this feeling. Also, by the way, the majority of the time I was away I was without service so I couldn'[t get on here much at all which made it hard to respond to anyone really.


So because this all needs to end, I am going to be resolving these closed out cases manually without getting the money I originally paid with back. I will be now working with each of the affected artists individually via note. I will discuss and confirm what is owed from myself to each artists and what solution will be the best way to sort everything out. Whether this be through repaying the owed amount, giving back characters, or canceling commissions not yet finished. This will have to be the course of action taken at this point to get everything resolved as much as possible in this situation. Please I ask that you bear with me as I try to work this out with each of you, I know you are tired, frustrated, and impatient, but in order to resolve this you need to work with me not against me. Accusations towards me aren't going to help resolve this any quicker. With that look for a note from me and we will go from there.
